1. Check-in and check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you have any questions about the check-in time, please contact us in advance.

2. How to receive the key

How do I receive the keys?

It is a self-check-in system. You can retrieve your key from the key box using the PIN number provided in advance.

3. Can you keep my bag?

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We can store your luggage before check-in from 12 PM.
We regret that we do not provide luggage storage after check-out. Please use the coin lockers nearby.

4. How do I dispose of trash?

Where should I throw away my trash?

If the indoor trash can is full, please dispose of it in the trash can in the outdoor storage area. Collection days are three times a week, and please put it out by 10:00 PM the day before.

5. Noise and consideration for neighboring residents

Can I have a party?

As the property is located in a residential area, loud noises and parties are prohibited. Please be especially considerate after 10pm.

6. Use of the kitchen and cooking equipment

Can I use the kitchen?

Yes, you are welcome to use them. We provide cooking utensils, tableware, and simple seasonings. Please wash them after use and return them to their original place.


7. Provision of towels and amenities

Are towels and shampoo provided?

Yes, we provide bath towels and face towels for the number of people staying. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also provided.

8. About Wi-Fi

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available. There is no need to install an app, and the SSID and password are listed in the in-room manual.

9. Are pets allowed?

Can I stay with my pet?

We apologize, but we do not allow pets.

How do I make a reservation?
